It was worth its 4 stars. It's chilled-out base for visiting some must see attractions in Kennebunk. The hotel was really close to the shops and a convenience shop. In the lobby they offered a buffet breakfast.

we liked all the hotel offered: comfortable beds and great staff. don't pass this property up if you plan to visit palace playland. atlantic pizza, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

Views from the French balcony. Pilot House Restaurant served dishes within 500 metres off the hotel. We would book here again if we go to Kennebunk...
